CUPCAKE DECOUPAGE CARD
MATERIALS NEEDED
Liquid glue
Peel off sticker: happy birthday sentiment (or sentiment of choice)
1 DL size card
Decorative edge scissors: scallop
Printed cupcake picture
Ribbon 1metre x 7mm width
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: working in front of card, score a straight line of 1.5cm width from the edge of card. Trim this width with the decorative edge scissors to make the scallop.
STEP 2: tie the ribbon to the inner part of DL card.
(TIP: score two straight lines of the ribbon’s width, glue the ribbon between the two lines.)
STEP 3: place peel off sentiments on card.
STEP 4: cut out the cupcake parts, place the 3D foam sticky pads to the back of each cut out cupcake. Layer upon themselves (decoupage), starting with the largest (which is at the bottom) to the smallest (which is on top). Stick decoupage to card.
