I bought the digital pattern some years back from Tina Finch ( http://forevermemoriesforyou.co.uk/Shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_26&products_id=763 ) and then I cut it out with the Silhouette Cameo digital cutter.
Decorate your favour/favors boxes using punched/cut out paper flowers, ribbons, pearls or as desired.
