Grégoire Goel, Best in Show Overall winner November 2017 says:
“Winning at Cake International filled me with joy. The fact that a creation made solely in Isomalt won Best in Show proves Cake International is at the forefront of cake decorating and sugarcraft. Winning has changed my life as cake decorating schools across the world are opening their doors for me to showcase Isomalt to a wider audience. This is going to be a pretty amazing year for me”.
