Today, We are celebrating our theme “say it with fruits and vegetables” for the month of June 2018 with Strawberry Lollies.
Ingredients
- Strawberries
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Equipment
- Blender
- Lolly maker\ Mould
Instructions
Step 1: Wash the strawberries and then blend the Strawberries.
Step 2: Mix the strawberry puree with the ice cream if you desire.
Step 3: Pour the strawberry puree and ice-cream into the Lolly Mould.
Step 4: Place the Lolly Sticks in the Lolly Mould containing the ice-cream and Strawberry Puree. Place the mould in the freezer for the lollies to set.
Step 5: When the lolly is ready, run the mould in warm water for Ten (10) Seconds. This will release the lollies from the mould. Enjoy your lollies.
