Last year, over 1200 hat lovers enjoyed 200 hats created by milliners from 30 countries as part of London Hat Week’s official headwear exhibition.
At London Hat Week 2019, X Terrace fashion platform will be curating another ambitious showcase of hats, The Great Hat Exhibition – World Garden.
The exhibition will be set up in the form of themed gardens for London hat lovers to be immersed in a journey across continents and enjoy the wonderful colours and forms of nature captured by the exhibiting milliners. There will also be a pop-up shop so people can try on and purchase hats after being inspired by the beautiful work on display.
X Terrace have invited milliners from around the world to apply to exhibit hats inspired by nature. Submitted hats must incorporate flowers, plants, or landscape scenes (eg. a rose garden, a nature reserve or a field of lavender).
