Have you tried the 3D modeller of the Clip Studio Paint EX?
You can use a pose and then alter it to suit different style.
Click on Windows > Material > Material pose.
A window pops-up . Scroll to see different pose.
Open a new \ blank document and the clip on the pose that is needed.
Select a pose and then drag the pose to the blank document.
Pose can be rotated. Part of the body can also be edited as desire.
