COVID 19 UPDATE
We will be remaining open and shipping
After the recent government announcement of a second lockdown starting in England on Thursday 5th November – we would like to reassure all our customers that as we are a factory and a manufacturer, we will be staying open during this period
We know that this is a difficult time and 1000s of you rely on us to keep your small businesses and homes stocked with beautiful printed fabrics and wallpapers.
- Our factory will be fully operational and shipping without any delays – Our usual lead times for all orders is currently being achieved without any issues. You can see our blog for daily status updates
- We have increased our stocks to ensure business continuity throughout
- We will continue to be shipping to the UK and internationally – some of our carriers may see extended shipping times due to their own operational difficulties during this period.
- You can contact us at any time to discuss placing and monitoring your order or get help with artwork on orders@fashion-formula.com or at 0203 695 5442 – however as a number of our team are working from home for COVID safety, response times might be slightly slower than usual.
