Feel the Force this issue as we celebrate some of the greatest games in the Star Wars universe. We speak to the developers who were responsible for building the world of Star Wars between each trilogy. From Dark Forces to The Force Awakens, discover how developers came up with new ways of expanding one of the greatest cinematic universes of all time.
We’ve also lined up some fantastic Making Of features for this issue, including a look at Skull & Crossbones and the Mega Drive FPS Bloodshot, as well as two fantasy epics: Warhammer: Shadow Of The Horned Rat and Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance 1 & 2.
Other highlights of issue 224 include Ultimate Guides dedicated to Jet Set Radio Future and The Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The Past, a behind-the-scenes look at software company PSS and the evolution of the Pyjamarama series with valuable input from Chris Hinsley and David Perry.
Beyond the great features we’ve already mentioned, we also have an interesting examination of the Benny Bunny type-in games for the ZX Spectrum and we review the latest remaster of Alex Kidd and discover if the long wait for it has been worth it.
We have a range of great mini-features too, covering everything from the Game Boy Light, Basketball Nightmare and Madden NFL 96 to Hyper Light Drifter, QuickSpot, Virtua Fighter Animation and much more. In short, this is an issue you do not want to miss!
Thanks for your continual support. Stay safe and we’ll see you all next month.
