Here’s what’s in the next issue
Our latest issue is a hands-on exclusive with the incoming Evercade Vs. We extensively play the new system and speak to the team about how it will improve on the existing Evercade handheld.
Other features of issue 226 include some great Making Of articles that examine the excellent Microprose Soccer and the action platformer The First Samurai. We also discover how the latest game in the Strike series evolved into the PlayStation game Future Cop: LAPD.
More highlights of issue 226 include the evolution of Boulder Dash with developer Peter Liepa, a behind the scenes look at Nu Wave Software and how DMA Design’s Body Harvest and Space Station Silicon Valley paved the way for the excellent Grand Theft Auto III.
We also chat to Steve Golson about his interesting career at General Computer Corporation, highlight some of the best games to play on the expanded BBC Master and reveal why this Halloween is the perfect time to revisit Project Zero: Maiden Of Black Water.
We’ve plenty of great smaller articles too, including features on Galaxian, Super Mario Bros 3, Aladdin, Robotron: 2084, Batman Returns, PlayStation Controller, Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2, Maui Mallard 2 and much more
Thanks for your continual support. Stay safe and we’ll see you all next month.
