Craft Buddy has issued a statement regarding the challenges it is encountering due to unpaid invoices by Create and Craft TV.

Dear customers,

We want to keep you in the loop regarding some challenges we’re currently facing with Create and Craft. Like a number of other companies, we currently have a sizeable number of unpaid invoices from Create and Craft, which has impacted our ability to process and send out pending C&C orders.

Create & Craft have promised us they will settle outstanding debts early next week. As soon as payment is received, we’ll prioritise shipping out all outstanding C&C customer orders.

We sincerely apologise for the delay, and appreciate your understanding during this time. Thank you for your continued support!

NB – This matter relates only to orders we ‘ve received via C&C. Orders on our website www.craftbuddyshop.com are unaffected, and continue to be processed as normal.
