Company Statement: Update on Create & Craft Partnership
We want to take a moment to address the situation with Create & Craft and share an important decision we’ve made for the future survival of Highlight Crafts. After much careful consideration, and exploring all other options we cannot deliberate any longer we have had to choose to step away from our partnership with Create & Craft.
There are a few reasons for this decision.
• Ongoing Uncertainty: With continual delays and no clear resolution on key issues, it has become increasingly difficult to plan effectively. Our priority must always be the wellbeing of our business, staff, customers and crafting community.
• Non-Payment & Outstanding Debts: Unfortunately, the unresolved financial matters have made it impossible for us to continue with a sustainable working relationship.
• New Opportunities with Live Shopping: As many of you know, we’ve been investing time and energy into our Live Shopping shows on our social media platforms. These shows allow us to engage with you directly, offering exciting new collections and crafting experiences and collaborations. This will now become our main focus as we explore new opportunities for growth and innovation.
We know this news may come as a surprise, but we want to assure you that we are committed to continuing our journey with you—our amazing community—through other avenues. We are excited about the future, and we will soon be sharing new plans, product launches, guest presenters, and an extended live shopping schedule.
Thank you for your continued support it means the world to us and for being such an integral part of our crafting family. We look forward to this next chapter together!
