Plantain; slightly ripe or unripe
sunflower oil for frying
salt to taste
2: Peel the plantain
3: slice the plantain with the vegetable slicer, add pinch of salt to taste
4: heat the oil and fry the sliced plantain until it turns light brown.
5: Remove the ready chips from the fryer and place on a tray with paper towel or napkin (this is to absorb the excess oil).
