Here is a quick Golden holly and white berry cake by Anino Ogunjobi.
The holly leaves has been cut out with a cookie cutter and sprayed with edible gold shimmer.
1. Roll out the fondant and cover the cake.
2. Roll-out more fondant for the decorations.Using the Holly leaf cookie cutter; cut out lots of holly leaves.
3. Spray with the Edible gold shimmer spray. Carefully arrange on cake, and leave to dry.
4. Roll out, little balls between palms of hand to act as berries. Place on the holly leaves.
