Here is a lovely gift box tutorial.

This gift box has an aperture with an acetate insert.

Materials Needed

Score board with scoring tool

Embossing/die cutting machine

Decorative oval dies

Liquid glue

Ribbon

Gold peel off sentiment sticker: Thank you

Card stock: A4 white 250gms-300gms x 3

A4 acetate

Scissors

Printed tag: from March spring bulb printable here

 

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: Decide the depth required for the box and score cardstock on all four sides.

STEP 2: place die on top/box cover  and cut the oval shape using the die cutting machine.

STEP 3: Fold score lines and assemble the box ( top and base) with glue. Cut acetate to match the upper part of the box and then glue to the inside of the upper part of the box .Cut excess acetate (TIP: to cover glue mark, you can cut out two cardstock together with the die in STEP 2 and then glue the other to cover-up the glue mark on the acetate).

Step 4: put the gifts inside the box. Cut the tag from the Spring bulb printable and place a gold “thank you” sentiment sticker on it.

Punch a hole on the tag,  tie ribbon to box and then insert the ribbon through the eyelet/hole on the tag. Knot ribbon into a bow
