love this idea can I print onto foil balloons
Try stencilling on the foil balloons first to see if you will like it before you buy. The ink that can adhere/ stick to the foil balloon is the same ink you will need in screen printing on a foil balloon.
I believe that you can screen print on a foil balloon, all you need is the ink that will stay on the balloon.

I think the 7×5 screen is for smaller projects like greeting cards and more.
