Make cute chocolates and chocolate pops using moulds. A lovely treat for the valentine.
Materials needed
Silicone mould for chocolate or sugarcraft
LolliPop sticks
Chocolate: white or brown(milk chocolate)
Pot
Bowl
Spatula
Cooker

Instructions:
STEP 1: Break chocolates (separately) in a bowl.

STEP 2: Place a pot containing water on a cooker and then place the chocolate in the bowl over the pot. The chocolate will start melting as the water boils.

STEP 3: Place lollipops stick on the mould.


STEP 4: Pour the melted chocolate into the mould. If making two-tone ( two coloured chocolate), pour one colour first and allow to set a little before adding the other colour. You can drizzle a chocolate colour first and then add the other colour.


STEP 6: Put moulds containing chocolate in the fridge to set.


Step 7: Remove chocolate pops from mould and place on a lollipop stand or a plate.
