Make easy strawberry cookies using fresh diced strawberries.
Ingredients
Plain flour 600g (550g for baking, 50g for dusting\rolling the dough)
Butter:   80g- salted , 170g- unsalted
Strawberry x 6
Granulated sugar 100g
Fresh large eggs x2
Equipment
Rolling pin
Baking tray
Cookie cutter
Oven
Electric Mixer with dough hook
Baking paper or baking parchment
Instructions
Step 1: Heat the oven 150 degrees Celcius. Mix butter and sugar in a bowl until creamy.
Step 2: Add the eggs and beat mixture.
Step 3: Gradually add the flour and mix.
Step 4: Wash hull and dice the strawberries. Add the diced strawberries. Mix into the dough.
Step 5: Sprinkle the work surface with flour and then roll out the dough.
Step 6: Place baking paper on the baking tray. Cut out the cookies using a cookie cutter.
Step 7: Bake in the oven for 150 degree Celsius.  when it is ready, place the cookies on a tray with paper napkin to cool.
