Craft retailer and shopping TV channel, Create and Craft, is pleased to announce that Joe Remblance will be joining their award-winning presentation team this September.
Joe is already a recognisable face on Create and Craft’s sister channel Ideal World, where he has been a resident chef and guest demonstrator for over 8 years. Joe’s interest in food and creativity came from an early age, making the decision to forego higher education and immerse himself into the catering world. As well as showcasing products on Ideal World over the years, he has also guested baking shows on Create and Craft, relishing the opportunity to showcase his creativity and engage with the craft customers.
Commenting on his new presenter role, Joe said “I’m so excited to be joining Create and Craft as a presenter, having worked across the hall for many years I know how passionate the viewers are and also how strong the sense of community is at the channel. I’m looking forward to learning many new crafty skills and hearing from the gorgeous crafters both when I’m on air and also out and about at live events. I’ve experimented with craft in the past and I’m particularly excited to learn new techniques in scrapbooking and creating home decor.”
Lindsay-Jane Vines, Create and Craft Managing Director commented; “We are delighted to welcome Joe to the Presenter team here on Create and Craft. When he guest-presented on our sister-channel Ideal World, he was very popular and had a loyal following and we’re excited for our crafter’s to get to know him too. Create and Craft have continued to grow and a phenomenal rate over 2018, and it’s important to us that we continue to attract new talent, such as Joe, to the Create and Craft family.”
Hailing from Essex and being a proud “cheeky chappy” Joe now resides in his favourite city of Manchester. As well as his passions for food and creativity, Joe sights his other interests (obsessions) as travel, Unicorns, Eurovision and musical theatre. Joe can be still be found presenting regular shows on Ideal world as well as hosting his food and travel documentary series The Food Guide on the Travel XP network.
