According to a post by a customer on the visitor’s post of Create and Craft TV’s Facebook page, You can loose your loyalty points if you do not renew your Create and Craft TV’s club membership.

I am not happy. My club membership normally automatically renews, but while I was on holiday the renewal date came up and passed without renewing.
I discovered this on my return and sent an e-mail to C&C. Someone telephoned me the next day and explained that the payment had not gone through as the card details were wrong. I had forgotten that my card was lost earlier in the year and although I had updated my payment details for when I made a purchase it did not cover the renewal.
I explained that I had been away, but that I have been a member for over ten years, I was a diamond club member with over 3000 points but this was lost. I was told that I would have to build up my points again and that they could not reinstate them. I am really annoyed about this and feel that I am not a “valued customer” as is often said .
I will sincerely reconsider staying a member.
