According to a post by Craftwork Cards on their facebook page, they are coming back because Craft Stash and Practical Publishing have bought them.

We’re very excited to share the brilliant news that Craft Stash and Practical Publishing are now the new owners of the Craftwork Cards brand. I am thrilled to be working alongside them to continue to be able to deliver the Craftwork Cards designs that I know you love.
Our designs will be soon be available exclusively online at CraftStash and you’ll also find us out and about at shows.
