Crafter’s Companion is excited to share an opportunity to be a part of one of the largest, most talented design teams out there! With fans & customers spanning the globe, our design team members proudly represent our extensive product range with samples shown on international shopping channels, in magazines, at trade shows and on our own social media sites.
We’re looking for you
Are you a papercrafter, mixed media artist, card maker, scrapbooker, colourist, or just generally love to make pretty things? We’re looking for you! We’re adding design team members to our global design team, with a focus on the UK, US, Canada, Germany, and the Netherlands regions, for both educational & social media support as well as shopping channel support. **At this time, applications outside of those areas will not be considered.

What you get
If you are extended an invitation to join our global design team you’ll be joining a close-knit group of crafters with all sorts of crafty experience, which is shared in several exclusive groups. You’ll also be offered a generous welcome package and other benefits including free craft supplies and a discount to our website.
What we ask of you
The purpose of the Crafter’s Companion Design Team is to create high quality craft projects
including cards, home decor, scrapbook pages and mixed media art, journal & planner samples to showcase product potential. We also want design team members to help facilitate a love of creating and crafting while integrating brand awareness into educational and social media content. Design Team samples will be used to showcase this on our websites, in newsletters, and on all social media platforms as deemed appropriate by the staff at Crafter’s Companion. You will also produce samples for television shopping channels, retail shows and for marketing purposes, including blog articles, step-by-step projects and samples for other occasions which may occur during the year.
We will be placing members on two types of teams: shopping channel support and educational/social media support. We want team members who are comfortable with the often short deadlines television often operates on, who are willing to pitch in and do extra, and will be genuinely positive, enthusiastic ambassadors for our products. We also ask that you be diligent about meeting deadlines to have samples back to us where required.
We’re looking for members that are social media-savvy and love to share their crafty makes everywhere! You don’t have to have a blog to apply, but you must have a Facebook account (as that as where we host our private design team groups). We like to see other active social media as well, including but not limited to Instagram & Pinterest.
How you apply
Fill out the entry form below and include as many details as possible. Attach one picture of a project that best represent your crafty style. Our entry form will only allow one picture per application, so please be sure to share links to social media channels where we can see more of your work!
Our call will be open through midnight on Sunday, 10th March. All applications will be reviewed by a panel, with invitations being extended by email no later than Tuesday, 19th March.
