Video: Tracy Basten documents the “always changing” usage policy involving the Splash Crafts Care Bears craft collections on Create and Craft TV as crafters query the generous usage policy and also not finding the policy on the Create and Craft TV website

Due to the current confusion in the “word of mouth” usage\ angel policy  stated on air ( Create and Craft TV) on different occasion during the launch of the Splash Crafts CareBears craft collection, Tracey Basten has compiled the usage policy being said on air at different time.

Customers feel that they have been mislead into buying the products as they found out from a post on Splash Crafts Facebook page(see screenshot below) after Tracy Basten asked Splash Crafts for the angel policy that the policy being said on TV when the products were being launched is incorrect.

Some who bought the products during the first shows when it was said by the Splash Craft Demonstrator, Bailey, that you can make anything including candles, T-shirts, put in a scan’N’ cut, etc  are angry because they found out that the usage policy being said during the shows are allegedly different from the usage policy that Splash Craft posted on Facebook after crafters query the generous usage policy and also not finding the policy on the Create and Craft website.

Create and Craft have not uploaded the policy on their website and this have brought more questions.
