An Important Message Regarding Swarovski Crystal

To our valued customer,

Thank you for trusting us with your Swarovski crystal needs over the past 25 years. We know your jewelry business depends on the timely delivery, availability, and low wholesale pricing of sparkling beads and components.

We’ve received many questions regarding the direction that Swarovski is moving with their business and how this will affect their bead production (and most importantly, you). As one of Swarovski’s direct distributors we’ve been in close communication with them and wanted to bring you the most updated information as soon as we were able to do so.

We do know Swarovski is streamlining the global distribution of their components division. The good news is Swarovski plans to maintain a limited number of affiliate distributers resulting in much closer partnerships. What this means for all of us is that Swarovski will be discontinuing a large amount of their product offerings by the end of 2020. Once we know the discontinued items, we’ll share this information with you right away.

This has certainly been impactful for all of us. Please know we’re tirelessly working to be well-stocked throughout the upcoming year and are here to assist you in any supply transition your business may need.

They have assured us we will be able to purchase and supply Swarovski crystals to you through September 2021. On a brighter note, we are working on creating a gorgeous line of European crystals. This line will be available sometime in 2021.

We promise to keep you updated as new details arise and we’ll be there every step of the way to ensure we all keep sparkling and get through this transition successfully.

We’re in this together,

Chris and Stuart and the Fire Mountain Gems and Beads family
