How to make a puree.
Step 1: Peel and remove any stone or large pips.
Step 2: Cut the fruit or vegetables into small chunks.
Step 3: Blend the cut fruits or vegetables until it is smooth.
Step 4: Sieve the blended fruit or vegetables if desired.
Step 5: The liquid of the fruit can be extracted by cooking it in a saucepan under low heat.
