Virgin Media customers have been sharing screenshots of a pop-up notification that appeared on their television screen stating that “Create and Craft will be closing down on the 24th of February” 2024.
However, Create and Craft TV has taken to its Facebook page to clarify its stand on the message and also pacify customers not to worry.

We’re aware that a pop-up message on Virgin Media has displayed the information ‘Create and Craft will be closing on 24th February.’
We want to clarify that we are not closing down on the 24th of February.
We are currently in discussions with Virgin Media to have this incorrect information removed.
