Every month we offer a discount on one of our popular designs and this month it is the crown block CB142.
Many years ago Ann & Guy inherited a milliners workshop and amongst the blocks and tools was a collection of black and white photographs showing hats presumably made by the milliner herself. We loved the one below and made a block based on it.
You can also see more hats made using CB142 showing that it is not limited to one material or style.
This crown block is made with a completely hollowed ‘brim’ that goes right up to the ‘crown’.
