Step 1: From the yellow cardstock, cut a rectangle that is a littel smaller than the front of the A5 greeting card (note the white border). Glue the yellow rectangle to the front of the A5 white card.
Step 2: Using the die( Number 8 rectangle of the Tattered Lace double side stepper DSS Rectangle 6 ), cut 3 rectangles from the green cardstock.
Step 3: Using the die( Number 7 rectangle of the Tattered Lace double side stepper DSS Rectangle 6), cut 1 rectangle from the patterned paper. Repeat for the other pattern papers.
Step 4: Glue the patterned rectangle topper to the green cardstock. Repeat for the other two patterned rectangle topper.
Step 5: Glue one of the patterned topper to the left and another to the right before gluing the middle one. This helps in spacing the rectangular toppers evenly especially the middle topper.

Glue the die-cut sentiment to it the front of the white rectangular card.
Step 9: Glue the white sentiment topper to a green rectangular cardstock and then trim the green rectangular cardstock leaving a little border as shown below.
Step 10: Cut out the lemons from the printed lemon topper and glue the lemons to the front of the white card near the sentiments.
Step 11: Place 3d sticky foam pad at the back of the sentiment topper.
Step 12: Place the sentiment topper on the front of the card.
