Design Call for Vogue Knitting and Knit Simple.Hello Designers! We’re doing one big design call for Fall, Holiday, and Winter for Vogue Knitting and Knit Simple!
For Vogue Knitting, we’re looking to jump headfirst into the FADE! It’s about time we touched on this trend so give us your best interpretation! We’re also looking for yoked cardigans, 2-color brioche (garments), ruffles, berets, colorful shawls, intarsia, and simple shapes with high style.
For Knit Simple, we want to explore using gradient and ombre cake yarns to create beautiful designs of all types. We’re also interested in embroidery on knitwear, so be creative! Some other items to keep in mind are knitted baskets/containers, oversized garments, log cabin/mitered square techniques, knitted toys, simple cables, different rib patterns, and simple yoke sweaters.
