Today, we are celebrating our theme for the month of May 2018 “say it with birds and blossoms” with blossom-shaped ice-cream.
Ingredients
Icecream
Canned Peaches or fresh peaches remove the stone\ pit\seed of the fruit( use your desired fruit)
Equipment
Blossom shaped silicone baking mould
Blender
Freezer
Step 1: Put peaches in the blender and puree. Icecream should be soft so that you can mix it with the puree.
Step 2: Mix the Peach Puree and the icecream together and then pour into the blossom- shaped mould. Put in the freezer to set.
Step 3: When it is ready, serve with slices of peach if desire.
