J& C Creations have sad news to share.

This is the hardest post I have ever written on Facebook but for all our crafting friends who remember J & C Creations from our trips around the country exhibiting at many shows to our shop in Maidstone, I have some very distressing news for you.
Although some of you know to many this will come as a great shock but I have to tell you that my dear friend and colleague, Julie Tidey passed away yesterday (Sunday 25th August) at such a young age of only 62.
Julie was still involved in the crafting industry working with Amanda Fletcher, Kay & Martin as a very valued member of the Honeydoos DT team still producing a few cards this year (much to Amanda’s amazement) during her illness.
Julie has been ill for most of this year suffering from Bowel, Liver and then Lung Cancer that has progressively got worse and unfortunately the chemotherapy did not work for her.
She was looked after at home for the majority of this time with grateful thanks to her close friends and daughter-in-law Adriana, before she became too ill and was taken into hospital only a few days ago and then moved to the local hospice here in Maidstone.
All our thoughts and prayers are with Julie and her family throughout this time, taken from us at too young an age, but hopefully she is now at peace with Maizie and no doubt continuing her crafting journey in her new world.
Please feel free to share this message to the wider crafting community so all her crafting friends hear this tragic news.
