Ideal Shopping Direct Limited (“ISD”) has today agreed to sell its business trading as Create and Craft to Hochanda Global Limited, operating as “The Craft Store” (“Hochanda”).

This brings the two leading UK teleshopping channels for Craft products together. In the coming weeks, ISD and Hochanda will co-operate to broadcast Create and Craft programming on its current channels, notably Freeview channel 95 and Sky channel 683.

All products will continue to be available at www.createandcraft.com. In due course, Hochanda will merge the two businesses to offer customers a wider choice of crafts and suppliers.

The transfer will take effect as of 23:59 10th January 2022. Customers’ orders placed until the end of this day will be handled and fulfilled by ISD and suppliers directly as usual.

From 11th January 2022, Create and Craft will be part of Hochanda.

For the coming weeks, ISD will broadcast the Create and Craft program on the same channels as before and sell to customers on Hochanda’s account.

This is a very exciting time for us here and a move for the future that we see as being highly positive for the craft industry and one that will allow us together to bring even more great products, inspiration, and craft demonstration to a much greater audience.

We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support over the years with Create and Craft. It has been an honour and privilege to work with each and every one of you. We wish you the very best in your future with Hochanda.

Many Thanks

Tjibbe Kampstra – Create and Craft MD and all of the team at Create and Craft.
