Peplum sewing pattern varieties

This sewing pattern (simplicity1650)  by simplicity

was used and various style has been

derived from it.

Here the pattern has been used as in the sewing pattern,

to make this top and skirt.

The fabric used for the skirt and peplum

has been used on the sleeve band.

The pink top: the pattern has been used

and the peplum has been layered to form a tier.

This purple top: the peplum has been layered,

but the second layer has a coordinating colour

with the overlay on the top of the blouse.

The overlay that has been applique to the top of the blouse,

is cut out from the interfacing or lining pattern.
