I had an automated call today from 01 973779915 about an Amazon Prime subscription.
I was surprised because I had no subscription. I cut the phone quickly and decided to do a quick search on Amazon Prime scam Call.

According to a post by Action Fraud there is a Warning over Amazon Prime scam which has already seen victims lose £400,000.
Watch out for this Amazon Prime scam that has cost victims over £400,000 in two months! NEVER install any software as a result of a cold call. Unsolicited requests for remote access to your computer should always raise a red flag!
