  2. Why can I not find online to order what is shown on the tv program this is not the first time this has happened . Won’t be trying again as won’t be following hochanda anymore will go back to the other craft programs who have a web site that that you can understand

  4. So hard to make an order, been trying so long to find your on-line order line, you must be losing orders, you need to get this sorted asap.

    • Have been trying for over an hour to order Debbie Shore’s animal templates!!! I might not be the brightest on the computer but have given up (shame, I would have loved them) but am totally bewildered. Unless the sight is made easier I won’t be trying again.

I’m trying to negotiate your website to place an order and/or chat to someone re: a Sunflower stencil or die? shown on Wed 9 March late a.m. The presenter was colouring it in with gold/yellow pens. I rang your phone line but the operator couldn’t find it. I hope you resolve this situation asap for your sakes. I rang your order line recently (out of hours I think) and what sounded like a call centre op located somewhere hot and sunny did her utmost to resolve my query but despite her v best efforts she couldn’t. Oh dear. Reading the comments above from other lost clients I’m glad to see it’s not just me.

  7. Still waiting for explanation why my phone order of 5th March has not been met. ordered two button bundles plus two refills but Hochanda wil not answer my many emails, Even wrote to Debbie Shore hoping she could/would help. I agree, the online ordering offered leaves a lot to be desired.

    • I ordered the crafter’s companion pro bundle(5th of march 2016) and haven’t received it yet. I got an email from hochanda, saying that my orders will be delivered tuesday or wednesday ( 15 March or 16th), the reason is that, they are experiencing large orders due to Crafters companion’s launching….hmmmm
      I also called Hochanda because their website was behaving funny. They rectified another order that I placed.

      • I have been trying unsuccessfully to place an order for items on your current art show programme which finished at 9 pm (it is now 9.42). How long before you’re up and running? I got as far as the checkout but was completely unsuccessful in completing my address. S C R E A M ! ! ! !

    • Please, call them up quickly, check your spam messages. I doubt that hochanda reads their mails.
      They have a facebook page and instagram page.
      Some people were complaining on a craft group in facebook about not receiving a confirmation mail of their orders and delays of their orders.
      Many said that they received a mail from hochanda stating that their orders will be delayed and delivered next week tuesday-15th march, due to Crafters companion’s launch. Hochanda is experiencing large orders and they are trying to cope.

  8. Why does this need moderating ? I could have copies the full content of all my emails, with more information. Ask what it is you think needs to be moderated and I will try and give you answers.

    • It is not only your comments that is being moderated. When I post too, I discovered that it is being moderated.
      I think that comments are being moderated due to the setting of the comments system of the blog.
      Also, I think it is because some people do post some weird things and links.

I have to agree on ordering online ….or should I say ..TRYING to order unless you are doing so when show is on, and you are shown items in show under schedule time of show.When I have ordered by phone, I have had some really helpful operators one maybe not so good. However ordering by phone adds to the cost of item. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
    Try to improve this or I am sure you will lose potential customers

    • Ordering by phone, do add to the cost of the items ( especially when the phone-bill arrives). I prefer placing my orders online.

  12. Cannot navigate the new web site, cannot order therefore going back to create and craft. This needs sorting asap or customers will (continue) to be lost.

  13. The order line can be a lot better or you will lose customers, I finally got through after 15 mins, not very good, simplify the order line before it’s too late,

  21. Your website cannot even match up my already inputted address when I inputted it again as my billing address. So I was unable to place my order. I was then forced to go to your expensive telephone line. Maybe this is a deliberate ploy to make more money.

  23. This is the second time I have tried to place an order with you and again I have spent an hour going round in circles Why cannot you go straight to list of goods for sale and place your order. I don’t want to access facebook stc and neither do I want to phone an order. How do you manage to sell the one day specials when you can’t even find them?

  24. Hi, why can’t I get onto your order line you say press the pink emblem on the right of the page but I can’t see any such thing. I’ve tried everything but can’t get through to see what there is to buy, why can’t you make it easier to order.

  25. I have been trying to place an order on line but can’t work it out and not the first time this has happened. Please make it easier as you are loosing a lot of sales.

  26. My first trip to the Hochanda Website to place an order whilst the
    item was on offer. Set up my details ok and got item into basket ok then
    tried to put in my address and confirm delivery but could not do so Having tried for upteen times I just finally abandoned it and emailed customer service got a reply asking me to order by phone which I prefer not to do from Ireland so went back and tried for another half an hour unsuccessfully could not get my address inserted even though address for my very village came up so obivously they have customers from here. So emailed again no reply so goodbye Hochanda a very disappointed from would be purchaser never had this trouble with any webside in UK before and items always delivered promptly. disappointed.

Well ,I have tried several times since yesterday like a lot .Im giving up Hochanda .I can’t order hardly ever and I wanted to purchase sarahs signature full set ,your loss not mine .BGiodbye Hochanda ,I can’t even say it’s been a pleasure because it has not .I think you are going to lose many more customers if you don’t sort you’re website .I love the stuff you’re bringing but it’s frustrating and I’m not adding to the cost by calling by phone .
